These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and limitations governing all services provided by Luxury Packers and Movers. By booking or using our services, customers agree to comply with all terms stated below.
Service Scope
Luxury Packers and Movers offers relocation, packing, loading, transportation, unloading, storage, and vehicle-shifting services. The final scope of work is based on the items inspected, customer requirements, and mutually agreed service details.
Quotations and Payments
All quotations provided are estimates based on the information shared by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on additional items, floor changes, delays, or extra labor requirements. Payments must be made as per the schedule provided—usually an advance at booking and the balance upon delivery.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about items, addresses, and access conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly declare valuable, fragile, or delicate items. Luxury Packers and Movers is not liable for undeclared high-value items.
Packing and Handling
We use high-quality packing materials, but customers must inform us in advance about items requiring special handling. Any self-packed items are transported at the customer’s own risk.
Delays and Unforeseen Events
Luxury Packers and Movers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery timelines are approximate, not guaranteed.
Insurance
Insurance is optional and must be requested separately. Claims for damages are processed only through the insurance provider and as per their terms. We are not liable for damages to items that are not insured.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, or items restricted by law. If found, such items will be removed and the service may be cancelled.
Storage Services
Storage usage is billed monthly or as agreed. Items stored are handled with care, but customers are advised to insure stored goods separately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may incur charges to cover allocated labor, vehicle arrangements, or time lost.
Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution, Luxury Packers and Movers is not responsible for minor scratches, wear and tear, or damages caused by pre-existing weaknesses in furniture, appliances, or packaging not done by us.
Dispute Resolution
Any complaints should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Disputes, if any, will be resolved under applicable local laws and jurisdiction.
